Responsibilities: Running 2-4 open houses each weekend Previewing 15-30 homes per week Securing prospective clients using our Initial Consultation Identifying and showing homes to clients Writing, presenting, and negotiating offers Keeping in touch with a network of 100 people each month Attending all trainings Qualifications: Ambitious and willing to work hard Willing to learn and master a proven system Genuine care for people and love of building authentic relationship
